While Magnitude Security has been spared from the flood, we are well aware that many have been impacted and that recovery efforts will take some months. Our thoughts and concerns, like all Australians, are with those who have been affected.
To do our part, we have put in place key initiatives designed to get community Security and Technology solutions up and running as soon as possible.
Firstly, have set up an emergency on-line service request on our website through the button below for those flood affected customers, including family and friends who need assistance with their Security or Technology repairs. 
Our qualified technicians can provide a range of services including

i. Insurance assessment and reporting for Electrical and Electronics claims (including Appliance, Computer, and Entertainment equipment).
ii. Assessment, repair and replacement of damaged security and automation equipment.
iii. General advice and recommendations for all your technology needs to get you back up and running in the shortest and most effective manner.

Secondly and most importantly, we are offering a $100.00 donation towards the Premiers Flood Appeal for any new security system installed to a flood effective Business or Home in the Brisbane Metropolitan area until March 2011.
We are also quite aware of the increased risk of opportunistic theft and offer to provide temporary security systems or make temporary repairs to security systems.
There are many people who have received damage to their security system but are not covered by insurance. We would like to offer extra assistance in those cases with a limited stock of pre-loved equipment which can be provided at little or no cost as a short term measure.
